My name is Tim Hall, I live (most of the time, at least) in Slough, which is one of those towns with a reputation it really doesn't deserve. I was born in a room overlooking the Great Western main line out of Paddington, which explains a lot, and grew up during the 1970s, which probably also explains a lot...

I work as a database analyst. At previous points in my life I attended Reading University, and have worked for such internationally well-known companies as Resource Management Systems, SQL Systems International, TSW International, Indus International and Net Decisions. If you knew a Tim Hall in any of those places, it might well have been me. At the moment I'm working for First Software in Alderley Edge in Cheshire.

You can often find me online on places like Pyramid Online, Dreamlyrics or the TrainNet forum. If you meet a Tim Hall in any of those places, that's almost certainly me. I used to be a member of CompuServe's RPGAMES forum, until the forum's owner decided to turn it into a porn site. :(
