Welcome to the wild frontier of the Arrhan Empire, a space piracy message game run on the Dreamlyrics message boards. Follow the adventures of the not-so-good ship Venus Blood, and her merry crew of cutthroats and brigands!

To summarize the plotline, the swashbuckling crew of the Venus Blood, consisting of ordinary humans, Arrhans, a belter and a genetically tailored nanotechnologically enhanced manufactured human, formerly smugglers and pirates all, have abruptly elected to attempt to Go Straight. Aware that their reputation would make such a career change problematic, they struck a deal with the notable field representative of the IPCC, Leland Broussard.

In exchange for their accomplishment of a dangerous mission, the entire crew of the VB would be given full pardons, and whatever other assists they needed to allow them to fade into the pleasant obscurity of a law-abiding citizen of the Gaean Reach.

The Blooders' temporary plan had been to establish an Adventure Tour company, providing transportation, guides, support and the occasional rescue to a whole new venue of tourists seeking new thrills and excitements. With a little transport or lightweight smuggling on the side, they had visions of a nice income and an oceanside office, where they would all be their own bosses.

But First...the Mission. The capture or destruction of the single most notorious Starmenter crew in the entire Beyond.

To guarantee their focus on the task at hand, Broussard intended to have them implanted with specialized IPCC transponders. To this end, he acquired the services of an IPCC doctor, aand is now aboard the VB, ready to administer the devices. Which, it suffices to say, have not been tested on either Arrhans or someone of Lizard's exotic nano-metabolism.
